Presenter: Olivia Tian

Olivia Tian has been practicing Buddhist meditation for over ten years. For the last ten years , she has been leading various meditation sessions, training meditation coaches, leading Stress-reduction sessions and organizing meditation and Buddhist practice camps. She also works as a consultant helping people find solutions to reduce stress and anxiety in their daily life. She is working in American Zen College currently as a meditation coach and consultant.
