Located in Germantown, Maryland, the Sugarloaf Coffeehouse presents musical performances of both touring musicians and local artists.

Over the years, pianist, guitarist and vocalist and songwriter Jesse Palidofsky has shared his music at the National Theatre, on the Hudson River sloop Clearwater with Pete Seeger, at festivals like Common Ground on the Hill and the Washington Folk Festival, and at the Kennedy Center and the Smithsonian National Folklife Festival with the Archie Edwards Blues Heritage Foundation.

Andy & Denise are from the Philadelphia area and have been performing along the east coast for a number of years. They have played in coffeehouse series, house concerts, colleges and music festivals including The Minstrel Coffeehouse (NJ), Godfrey Daniel’s (PA), 333 Coffeehouse (MD), Eddie's Attic (GA), The Point (PA), The Six String Cafe (NC), The Bluebird Cafe (TN), and The Goodfolk Coffeehouse (CT).



With a rich tenor voice and a mastery of the guitar, dobro, mandolin, and dulcimer, David LaFleur has been performing his unique mixture of folk, Appalachian, blues, and bluegrass for over 20 years.
